Over 6,000 Adamawa constituents benefit from Boya’s palliative

YOLA, North-East, Nigeria – Member representing Fofure and Song Federal constituency in the lower chamber, Honourable Aliyu Wakili Boya, on Saturday, distributed food and non food items to over six thousand Adamawa constituents.
Items distributed includes:over two thousand bags of rice, cartons of noodles, oil, seasonings; while non food items were blankets, mats, mattresses, beds, wrappers and yards for men.
The member brought together hundreds of people in various needs and assured them of better, enhanced and people-oriented representation.
Boya who is the Chairman House Committee on Police Institutions also distributed building materials like bags of cement, roofing sheets and nails.
The event was witnessed by many stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress, (APC) across the 21 Local Government Areas, including the State Working Committee, (SWC).
Some of the beneficiaries who spoke to TGNews passed a vote of confidence on Boya’s style of representation.
A beneficiary, Bara’u Usman, a single mother praised the Member for representing the constituency well.
Usman who got a mattress and a blanket prayed that Boya excel much more than he already is.
A stakeholder in the state, Mallam Daputo Song, said Hon. Boya has touched the hearts of many people in diverse way in recent times.
He recalled how Boya fought for the establishment of higher institutions in the two LGAs (Fofure and Song) he is representing in his few months in office as an elected member.
Song said: “What else do you need from a leader? He is intelligent, hard working, a lobbyist and an experienced grassroots politician. We can do all we need to do to lift up his political dreams.”
