Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Attributes Hajj Successes To Media

KADUNA, North-West, Nigeria – Kaduna State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has attributed its successes in hajj exercise to its positive relationship with media in the state.
The Overseer of the Board, Ustaz Hussain Tsoho stated this when he received the state executive of Nigeria Union of Journalists Kaduna at his office in Kaduna.
He explained that the media played an important role particularly during the hajj exercise, hence, information is the power that the board uses during and after the exercise.
Ustaz Tsoho promised to continue to strengthen the good relationship with media in the state.
In a remarks, the Chairman of Nigeria Union of Journalists, (NUJ), Kaduna state Council, Comrade Adamu Yusuf who presented a letter of commendation to the Board Public Relations Officer, (PRO), Yunusa Makarfi, congratulated him for wining the best states Pilgrim’s Welfare Board PRO award of 2018 in Nigeria.
It would be recalled that last month, the Independent Hajj Reporters presented an award of excellence to Mallam Yunusa Makarfi as the best 2018 states Pilgrims Welfare Board PRO in the country.
